Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
There's nothing you can do about the past, but you have full control over your "now".
You are right to tell your mother that you don't want to hear about what your ex is doing. I hope you are seeing a counselor or involved in a Divorce Care group. That will help too.
I hope your mom respects your wishes to not discuss your ex with you. I'm sorry that you had experience that in the first place.
If you're interested in a divorce care group, many churches offer them

I think your Mom needs to be respectful of what you want right now-a good mom would. She should stop telling you what he is up to, you dont need to be concerned about that. Concern yourself with you!
I know how you feel I want my ex to be in pain and I know he is on some level but I do still care about him and want him to live his life. It'll take you a while but you'll feel this eventually too.
Sorry this happened to you ((((hugs)))
Mavsgirl thanks for that site I am going to look into that. I know I really still need to get help to get through this.
I also know that the best thing is to not have people get back to me on what he doing are how he feels even if is that he feels rotten, even though that is something I would want to hear
