by reading that..... you are wondering...assuming...and taking away energy that needs to be focused on you.
I know it feels good a little bit....but these instant gratifications dont sustain our esteem.
Sounds like shes realizing that she needs to work on herself.
Stay on track on your healing....the mind chatter wont stop unless you make it stop.
I did honor her request, but I couldn't help occassionally typing her name into facebook search, seeing if she still had me blocked. That was silly on my part, as I really had no intention of contacting her, and it only made me feel worse seeing I was still blocked.
Don't read too much into what she posts on her fb wall. Only she knows what it really means, and if she is reconsidering her decision to break it off, she will let you know. Then you can engage her and see if a reconciliation is possible.
Here's my take as it relates to my girlfriend: If you really love someone, really care for them, you have to be able and willing to let them go. You can still feel for them and do this. You can still feel good about yourself and do this. It's not easy, I know, however it is possible. There will most likely be hurt and sadness, but without beginning the process of letting go, these feelings will linger.
As Kook said, at this point you have to focus on you. You have to do what you need to do to begin your healing process. Stay engaged with the world. Your R&R to Hawaii sounds perfect. Talking to close friends is good too. Remember you were happy before your relationship with her began. You had activities you enjoyed and friends you enjoyed before her. Focus on these things.
