Hey guys, newbiehere from Minnesota. I didn't know where else to turn, so helping this helps. My girlfriend broke up with meSaturday and I am a complete wreck emotinally and phsyically.
We were together about 3 months. The best 3 months of my life. It was like what you see in the movies. Last week I saw signs of her acting different, but then the next day it was her same old self. Friday she was out of town with friends, but when we would text something was off. We met up on Saturday and she quickly broke the news to me that she was sorry if she was acting weird, but was going through some stuff. She told me her ex is moving back and it brought back feelings that she though she no longer had and it would be unfair to me if we contiunued to talk.
I'm seriously hurting and wouldn't wish this pain on anybody. I can sleep, eat, concentrate on anything else. My stomach feels like I got punched 50 times, my chest feels like an elephant is sitting on it, and my legs feel like rubber. I went to the gym this morning thinking it would help and I almost broke down while lifting. I work from home, so it make sit even worse that I have nobody around all day to distract me.
I can't stop thinking about all the good times- there were tons of them! Everything reminds me of her. We connected so well and had so much in common. One of the hardest things is not getting random good morning texts, or how are you texts. I want her back more than words can describe- and I know I shouldn't contact her as that may make things worse and I need to make he rmiss me. It's so hard though because we were always in contact. I know she is struggling with this as well- but I can't stand the thought of never talking with her again or even worse her getting back with her ex.
The last real relationship I was in, I was hurt. I have dated a TON but shyed away from anything serious because I didn't want to relive that pain- that was 10 years ago. I like this girl now so much, I decided to go for it and now here is the pain again.
Any help or suggestions or past success epxeriences to get me through this "no contact period" would be much appreciated!

I had gone to the grocery store. When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute. A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked. I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds. But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026. I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away. It was an ordinary middle age...

Mari- you sound like a broken record of myself! I know those exact feelings and thoughts. It just doesn't make sense and I can't stop living the past either. My thing to that drives e crazy is I have a good memory- So This time last week I know what we were talking about, and so on and so on. She sent me a picture from the gym on Thursday and then it's all over a few days later.. The more I try to understand it frustrates me more. I know the feeling of wanting to beg for them back. I sent a text last night spilling my heart- she wrote back and was nice and sincere, but didn't change anything. Best you/I can do now, ,is play the no contact game and make them miss you, Which for me is tough since I am very inpatient. What the reasoning in your case?
Sorrry to hear that- wish I knew how to make the pain go away. I guess it's just gonna take time which sucks. I've been a shell of myself the last few days.
