So, the other posters' advice seem wise. Take time for yourself and consider the support systems you have and would like to have! Reach out! What would be wise, practical first steps for you?
Divorce Care and Christian counseling were good options for me. Praying for your continued healing and that you choose good options for you!
It's all really going to depend upon very personal factors, personal to you. It's not easy at all, and do as the others suggest - reach out to others, put the focus on your, do healthy things for yourself. You'll get there eventually. Being brutally honest with yourself about the realities of your life and the whys and how of where you are can help jump start the grieving process. Be honest with yourself and your own feelings.
Go by it. I do think it takes 3 years to normalize
Though After the divorce is finalized.
In three years, you should not care what your
ex is doing or not doing, Leading your own life
and having your own Goals and agenda. In a new
relationship or not. The only concern About your
ex is if it effects the children.
Its recommended you get to know yourself again
As a single person and be comfortable in your own
Skin. Many of us lost our identity while married And
had not been alone for years. I still felt married Until
i finally detached from him 18 months post divorce.
Grieving is a time to heal, change and grow while

Still go to therapy, it all takes time and it is a process.
