hi, my ex broke up with me in December but more recently we were back in contact and I thought we had a future. In the space of only a few days he changed his mind saying that he is now dating someone new and doesn't want to be in touch with me. I'm so distressed. I have tried to do all the things people say to move on but feel stuck. I know I need to accept that pretty much everything he said to me was a lie but at heart I still want it to be true.
I know what you are going through. I am more in less same predicament living with unbearable pain. and this guy also keeps coming back on and off perhaps since his ego cannot accept that i have decided to move on even with all the love i have for him in my heart. But trust me they will only keep hurting since their feelings are gone. Deciding to walk away was anything but an easy decision. But i felt it is better to die once than to die everyday. i am going through unberable pain but will surely will not like to go back to him as i know within a few days he will again start ignoring me. Lets be friends and talk to each other and help each other through this difficult period.
