Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Three thoughts for you: (1) talk to a therapist about this. It can be too easy to confuse your friends and family for therapy. Bad enough they are sick of hearing about it, but apparently talking to them doesn't even seem to help. (2) Pardon my French, but your yoga instructor is kind of an asshole. Sleeps with his students? Doesnt even tell you when he dumps you for another student?? Narcissistic much, Pal? (3) you sound like a very nice and trusting soul - who also happens to be in good shape and flexible. You can do SOOO much better than this walking cliche of a jackass. There must be a million and six yoga instructors out there. How 'bout YOU dump this loser for a more considerate and ethical instructor, who can respect appropriate boundaries?
