Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
i do want to say that you never know if other people have been "talked to" or not.. often times things are done on the down low and so you have no idea who is also getting taken into office, etc. regardless, comparing yourself to others is really a fruitless effort.. just focus on yourself, and doing a good job in the areas that you were truly at fault. that is the best you can do.. hold your head up high, and make tomorrow a new day, and do your best. that is all you can do.
you will get through this.. good job venting.. its so much better then holding it all in.
hugs to you ll
I hope brighter days are ahead for you,
Patti
Divorce sucks.Prayers for a better tomorrow (((HUGS)))
I'm a union representative and one thing I advise my members to do when they are getting crap at work is to keep a log or journal (date, times, people involved, what happened, etc.). Don't keep it at work--keep it in your car. When something happens, take the time to jot down the event. Sometimes these notes help when you get called on the carpet and have precise notes about what happened. It's also a good way to vent without getting in trouble.
Sending you loads of hugs for strength!!!!!
And I'm so sorry for all the crap you're going through. I know you've been struggling and toughing it out for so long.
I wish I had something helpful to say. Do hang in there.
Thinking of you.

The only good news in sight is that most people seem to survive this.
No wonder you're making mistakes at your work. I don't know how you do it.
I agree with some of the others' advice, let your 7 or 8 hours at your job be your sanctuary away from the stresses of home life, and try and do the best you can there while you are looking for work elsewhere.
The way the US economy is going, it doesn't look like there will be much relief in the job market in the near future, so unfortunately jobs become more precious than they maybe should be.
Hang in there !
Hoping that you move uphill soon! It is so tough.
