So I have been going along for days and really doing good but here today somethings have happened and I just need to vent.
My daughter let the grandchildren go over and stay with the stbx which I told her was a mistake because he doesn't watch them. She of course did it anyway saying they needed to see him also with I agree with but not to stay the night. She went to pick them up today and the 3 year old was wondering around the street and the not yet 7 year old was outside of the gate. The yard is not fully fenced and nobody was outside watching them. She goes into the house and one of my brothers was there. Yeah my brother is now living with my stbx-can you believe that? I thought blood was thicker then water. Then a girl came from around the corner-guess he now has a girl there and around my grandchildren. He told my granddaughter not to let me know where he is living and that my brother was living with him. Can you believe this? What am I suppose to do? Do I hire an investigator about the girl? Do I write off my brother for turning on me? I'm at a lost here.

I'm sure your daughter won't be bringing the grandchildren over there again unless she is there to watch them.
I agree with her, what good would an investigator do? You stbx could always say that the girl was there to be with your brother,,, right? An investigator would not be able to enter the house and take pictures of who is actually sleeping with the girl!
As far as your brother goes,, well I don't know what type of relationship you had with him in the past! Were you ever close? I know you are feeling betrayed.. I can very well understand the feeling! I would be crushed if it were my brother, however, I think I would probably be a bit more concerned about the lack of care for the grandchildren!
