Hey there!
From past few weeks, I am in a space where I carry resentment, hatred and envy towards an ex.
It has been 12 months now, since our break up.
I keep thinking about him everyday.
I try a lot to get rid of his thoughts, I have come to a point, where I give up trying.
I imagine him with another woman, I think of things he said.
I know, I am living in the past.
But it's not just the thoughts!
The feeling, the emotions attached with it.
I feel rejected. I feel disgusted. Like I am not enough.
He can get any woman so easily, I am so easily replaceable.
Here I am, rejected by him, then been on few dates, after the break up because I thought I was healed, got rejected by those dates too.
This has changed me as a person, a lot! a lot!
The reason he left was because, he doesn't see me as a woman of his life, as his wife.
I can't live this way everyday.
While that guy, is moved on, happy without me.
Here I am, still thinking about him.
Please help! This is eating me.
This has become worse from last few days.
Thank you!

I had gone to the grocery store. When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute. A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked. I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds. But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026. I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away. It was an ordinary middle age...

I wouldn’t say you are replaceable. Whatever the reason, he wasn’t the one for you. It’s hard when we love the person and want to be with them.
I’ve been with my boyfriend for 7 years and now he wants to break up. It’s a horrible feeling especially since I gave him my all. If they walk away then they aren’t meant to be.
For the healing process, it may take a while especially if you really were in love with him. There’s no easy fix but to keep focusing on yourself and not giving up. Keep going on dates and do things that would normally make you happy even if it’s hard.
What I’ve been doing preparing for my breakup is to imagine the best version of myself. Relationships can drain you and cause you to lose yourself. I let myself go mentally, physically and spiritually. So I’m going to start on those and get myself better than I was before I met him.
I sometimes imagine being in the best shape of my life and so confident that I need no one. Then I imagine running into him and not having a care in the world and feeling so good about myself.
Maybe think of the person you want to be. Maybe it’s time to get back the you that you lost or make a even better version of you!
It’s going to be so hard but you have to keep moving forward to move on. That guy isn’t worth it! He dumped you and replaced you so you don’t need him!
Also, don’t assume he is living his best liked. Who know, he might not be happy at all.
Just keep moving forward and doing things that’ll improve you.
I don't have the answer to this. I made a list of all the reasons why I am happy to be out of my ex-s life, and keep it on my phone and read it when I get sad. I am starting to do a lot of things that he wouldn't let me do...such as having different types of friends, owning certain pets he didn't want, and even eating the things he forbade in the house. (He was very controlling).
No, you can't live this way everyday. But you might have to bear with it for a few months or even a few years. It does get easier in time. Anything you can do that makes you feel like a worthwhile person is good. Getting a dog for me was something that really helped me. If you like pets, maybe get one that you can talk to/cry to?
