After weeks of nc I broke down and sent her an email. It's Spring and where the hell is she? I think it's insane that I don't know where she is or what she's doing. I don't even know where she's living. I 9 year marriage was scheduled to last. There are so many times that I find this break up unbelievable. I filed for divorce and she was scheduled to be served this past week. I am doing what needs to be done but DAMN I can't get her out of my heart. I asked her is she missed me yet. She'll either not respond or she will take the opportunity to trash me again. The latter is probably just what I need to get the reality straight again. It's only been 10 weeks since dday and I know I will live through this but damn I'd rather not be without her.
I am so sorry to hear about your divorce from someone you obviously still love and care about. It is so tragic that these days, the vows just dont mean anything anymore.
I too am going through a horrific divorce from my husband of 20 years and can relate to how you are feeling. My husband, better known as the ASS, disappeared on me too. It was torturous as he just up and abandon me and my kids. So I know what you mean as you wonder what she is doing and where she is.
Just know, that it will get easier as time goes by. This is still so fresh and new. It will take some time to re-learn how to live without her.
But you are right, you will live through this. It wont be easy..but it can be done.
