I'm so sorry you are hurting so much. Nothing is wrong with you. It is understandable to feel this way after losing someone you spent so much of your life with. There are stages of grief and similar stages when you go through breakup and divorce.

If you have children together, that can prolong the heartache because you have to still see them on a regular basis.

You will get through this and you will come out stronger because if it! Start focusing on you and do things to keep your mind off of him.

You are human and you have true love for him and the things that he have done to you cannot change that. That makes you a good person and a big loss for him allow yourself to heal be sad be mad it's your own right soon enough you'll get to a better place mentally.

We split up just over a month ago kept in contact (more so arguing) until a week ago. Two weeks after the split he already had a new woman in our house. Hell it was probably going on earlier than two weeks,.

You are not pathetic. My mom had told me that the reason I cry and I'm in so much pain is that I don't want to let go. She is right. I guess when you are ready to let go you will. Till then you won't. I understand completely. You miss your life and want it back. There is nothing wrong with that. I thinking makes us human. I think it shows how much you cared.

It really sucks when all the damn songs that you listened to together seem to be the only ones on the radio, but keep holding on, sing them, celebrate them, dance to them and soon you won't feel bad about them. Welcome to NORMAL. There's nothing different about what you're feeling than thousands of us out there. EVERYTHING reminds me of my ex. Songs, places we went, I can't even watch EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND because my wife and I enjoyed that show. It doesn't help when my family keeps telling me to "forget about her." Your hurt is real and you have a right to feel like you do.

I too just went through a breakup. I was with this man for 15 months. He had many issues and problems and I stood by his side. Then all of a sudden he just decides he is done and said horrible things that stung my heart. He told me to just move on and start dating others, he didn't want or need me anymore.
It hurts so very bad. I know that he has found another woman. It just makes me feel like I meant nothing to him and that he never loved me but used me.
I can feel your pain. Heartache actually feels worse than physical pain. As hard as it is, we have to keep believing that there is someone better for us out there. We just have to heal and be patient. These particular people were only meant to be in our lives for a season. There must be lessons to learn from all of this but right now it hurts to much to see all of them.
