I've been having some pretty messed up dreams lately. I wake up sweating, heart pounding and breathing heavily. This morning, right before I woke up, I remember dreaming about getting ready to go on stage to play the drums. My wife was there, looking beautiful, laughing and joking with me. I gave her a hug, held her tight and asked her if we could spend the night together. She smiled and said, "no silly, I don't love you," then she laughed and asked me to take her picture. It was my time to go on stage to perform. I looked to the audience and saw two guys fighting. One of them was beating the other to death. Everyone was smiling. My wife was still smiling and asked me to take a picture with her and some of her male friends. I woke up...
I've been feeling anxious all morning. I think my brain is fucking with me...

Dreams are just that. Your subconscious taking silly bits of memories, fantasies and wierd thoughts making a crazed movie in your head.

Don't obsess over it, it's not a psychic message, not a premonition, No need to call "Miss Cleo" dream interpretation. It's just your brain continuing to do cartwheels while you sleep.

rman, im sorry to hear about this. dreams can be so realistic and scary sometimes. and when you wake up you feel like total shit. the mind is a powerful thing and sometimes it can be our worst enemy. i hope things get better for you...

that's a horrible thing to go through...but like alittleco said it's only a dream...its everything that has been on your mind, what you are going through, what you think of... meshed together. I hope your dreams get better!!!

Yep subconscious at work. The taking the picture in my opinion is preserving her as she was. Thats okay, we dont have to let go of the good or even be mad out ourselves for loving someone. Its what you do that counts. And you looking at yourself fighting the OM is examining your actions and looking at what youre doing. If you kept getting on stage then maybe you feel like you are walking away from all that...MOVING ON. Might be an abstract dream, but maybe its better than you thought. You were outside yourself, outside of it, breaking away. Yeah, for you.

messed up dreams, no kidding.....

one minute I am dreaming of my ex girlfriend coming up to me out of the blue and telling me how wrong she was and giving me the most awesome hug.... I woke up crying with that one...

then there was the Grandpa Walton driving a bus through my living room wall and then saying get on it is time to go!!! ????? what the hell was that one about.... being creative and artistic, my dreams are very vivid and in color.... some I can figure out where they came from, others, WTF was that .......
