I have been married for 10 yrs as of last week. And this entire time he has shown that he is immature and selfish. I was working to keep us afloat and he could not work bc he had to wait for USA paperwork. In the meantime he started talking to his ex online and saying he missed her. I kicked him out.

He went to see someone before I took him back. Then 7 months later he was online with some fake Russian hooker. It was just something to kill time with for him but that's not acceptable to me, so I kicked him out. Again.

Then all my hard work paid off, I brought a house. we worked hard and lived together. He kept coming home at 3 am and I was like Im done! He said he would change and he did eventually. He's hard working and since getting his paperwork he's worked really hard at his retail job. Everything was finally okay. There were things he did that were immature like going to los Vegas even though he vowed to take my mom to the airport. Or the fact that he doesn't even know the name of the company that holds our mortgage. I was "Ok, he's childish but hard working and well, all men are a little child like"

We are trying to have a baby and every single month its a soul crushing this when my period comes. But I wanted to give him a baby. I pictured the two of them dancing to the radio in the car and the child having its Dad's fun nature and charm. I found out last week he had a child and was already a Dad for five years! It happened after I kicked him out. He never told me. I had to find out from social media.

I gave all his stuff away and kicked him out. But I love him,so its hard to walk away. I called him and instead of him trying to make it up to me or asking how I am, he's still fuming about his stuff. He can always get new passport and sneakers . Where do I go to get my trust back ? And when I called him, having found myself missing him, his behavior was like he was putting up with me! I can't stay married to a child. I love him so much. But its been 10 yrs of babysitting. I know its time to end it. It doesn't make it any less soul crushing. Anyone esle married a man child? Did you wish you left it long ago? I think this is truly it for me.

I wish these groups were more active. I rarely login but did today. I married a man child....so much to the point of him wanting his back rubbed and head rubbed to go to sleep each night. He too is a hard worker. For me though he was also abusive so we really need to divorce. I'm so tired. I haven't slept well in the four years we've been married. He finally moved out but we're both struggling financially. I'm about to be homeless. He offered to give me his bedroom. He sleeps in his bed in the living room and we just financially help each other out. I think he still loves me. He's constantly telling me about the women he's trying to date and finally last weekend he had sex with one. He's talking to me like I'm his buddy not his wife. He has hit me and isn't sorry about it yet I still love him. He's actually told me he'd "keep" me if I allowed him to have a second wife. I mean, really?!! I'm 48, he's 36. I may or may not be able to have children. I still get my period but menopause is here or it's right around the corner. But, what was he thinking anyway 4 years ago marrying someone 44 if having kids was so important? I really don't want to be married to him but I do still love him. He IS a man child but I am also a lost child at 48 years old....that is the thing we have in common that I think is binding us together. I've called him once since he slept with the other woman last week....I truly don't have any friends or family. I got a job at a gas station. Working at night. I turned it down because I feel like I'd have a target on my forehead "ROB ME" or something else. I've never worked in a gas station. I can't fight or hold my own. I honestly wanted his opinion. I desperately need a second job. He's texted me once since then just asking if I was OK.

Anyway, I am rambling about me and him. I hope it's over for good and I don't think it's good for me to be with him or have his baby even if I could but sounds like it's great you didn't have a baby with yours. And to not mention having a 5 year old child is not a good thing. Cheating is not a good thing. Him focusing on what you threw out and not you is not a good thing either. Neither was it a good idea for me to sit and wait for him to leave instead of kicking him out like you did yours. I think you made the right decision.
