Had a texting back and forth aurgument with the wife. I asked her via text did she pay the rent and she replied yes. i was at work at the time. then she proceded to ask me about plastic forks being all over the floor in the kitchen. she assumed i made the mess and why i did not clean it up. well, i told her the cats knocked them down and i was too tired to clean it up. she cleaned it on her visits to the apartment while i am at work. i told her i have been feeding all the pets for days and also she should clean up after the animals to help since they are hers too. she bitvhed that she is not my maid and "clan up after myself" remark. i replied she is shirking her resposibities now and while in the marriage by pending days and nights with her friwnds or new lover. we calld each names that cannot be repeated via text messages. i decided not to text her any more but even talking about rent and business turns into a adventure.
We are talking plastic forks/ Oh god. This sounds like some one or both are being childish. New lover? lol
i would highly recommend asking for more hours at your said job or finding another job along with the job you have now so you can move into your own place and not have to deal with it.
and please dont put the animals in the middle of this - its not their fault. and they are likely feeling the stress from this situation and her not being around. dont be cleaning up after them and holding it over her head like you are doing her a favor - just do it as a favor to your pets.
until this all gets cleared up, i think minimal contact when it is absolutely needed is best. if you hardly see her, then i think the responsibility of the pets and keeping the house clean is going to fall on to you until you are able to move out. its a small price to have to pay to keep the peace, dont you think? no - its not fair. but divorce isnt fair.
