Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Good luck.
Let it go. Get the divorce and custody over with. The best thing for the child is a return to something as normal as is possible. Fight the battles you must for your child, but don't start new ones...
Almost like we never knew them to begin with..
But as Broken said, it's about your kid now. Make peace with your ex and all that for your kid's sake. Show your child you can be civil to the other parent and do it because you love your child. And your child loves your ex-spouse. Respect it. Let all that other stuff go. It doesn't matter anymore, not really.
I agree, you do need to put it aside and work on coparenting with your ex - the kids are the most important thing.
