I have been on this site for almost 2 years. DS has been the difference, for me, between surviving and actually coming out of this in a much better place.

I have written over 300 journal entries. I look back sometimes and see how much things have changed for me. I left my last one open. I hope that it will encourage someone.

It really does get better....

I'm so happy for you and your upcoming marriage. You deserve it. It's so strange to think of all that we've been through over the past couple years and know that we're jumping in again. This time with great guys. Good luck to you two!

cheri, thank you so much. i've been very lonely lately and knowing i have to be patient, that everything happens for a reason and there is a greater plan for me. and the same as you have said, ds... what can i say about it? it has been a life saver. to know that so many people can come together and offer comfort when they are hurting just as much. i'm so glad to see you here. and you deserve all the happiness in the world. i guess we know the reason it happened to you, you have a wonderful man now that loves you and your going to spend the rest of your life with. God Bless You and your upcoming wedding and your new life. and you are right, it's the childrens fathers responsibility to keep in touch and be a dad. it's not yours. your keeping your end of the bargain, your their mom and they can count on you.xoxoxox
