Just heard a rumor...

That my stbx is engaged! I texted messaged him and asked him. No reply. He is driving out of state right now with a car full of ppl.
I did ask him to reply as soon as he could because I deserve to know if he is or isnt.
Wow! This is too funny! I know he isnt. I know the gf is starting this rumor and he is going to dump her like a hot potato as soon as he figures it out!

Had to vent and let you all know. Its the never ending story of drama in my life! AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!

Ok I am sure this is not going to go over well but... If he has a girlfriend and is a STBX it appears he has moved on. Why go to couples therapy like you want to save a marriage while having a girlfriend??? Just to make it look good? If he has a girlfriend his heart is already gone, isn't it? and the marriage is already over, just the paperwork left to do. If that is the case why should you care if he is engaged or not? His problem, you should be focusing on starting your new life! You are probably just feeding his ego by acting like you care. Don't give him the satisfaction! It sounds kind of like you are hoping he dumbs the girlfriend, I understand resenting her but it won't mean he would come back. There is another woman on every corner to replace her. If he wanted to be married to you, he wouldn't have a girlfriend, right? Not trying to be hurtful but from the outside looking in it looks like you are not seeing the big picture. I wish you the best. Get on with your new life and let him deal with the mess he made out of his.

That doesn't surprise me, my STBX is already wearing an engagement ring from the OM instead of her wedding band, and we have like 8 months to go I think before the divorce is final.
