I've been going through a rough time the past few months. I've been broken up with my ex since july of 2013 for the first time since him I started talking with someone I met from online, we were talking for hours on the phone like a couple of teenagers, it was great.....such a good feeling. But after our first date which was great and he was really sweet he told me some stuff about his past, it was a shock to me but I accepted it and we continued talking the next day as we had been. Later we were talking about fun stuff, things we wanted to do on our next date and he mentioned his soon to be ex wife, I got upset because he is going through the divorce and we've talked about it all and this was something fun and in my mind not really relevant to the conversation, I didnt get mad I was just upset and got off the phone with him, and after thinking about things I realized maybe I'm not up for this he has so much going on right now and stuff from his past he has to deal with and i made the mistake of acting while I was upset and texting him saying i didnt know if I could do it, and just like that he was done, it was like he was off the hook and relieved, like he couldnt get away fast enough. It s so confusing cuz the night before he was in tears telling me the things he was scared to have me know about his past cuz he was worried I d stop talking to him then fast forward 24 hrs and he's done........my first sign of weakness and he's just done. I realize he has a lot going on but i thought we had a connection and I bought into all the bull shit he was saying to me, he seemed so sweet so different ffrom all the other guys, I was feeling relieved like wow I m done with the dating scene now, I dont have to put up with all the ups and downs of dating, (he said he wanted to be in a relationship with me along with a lot of other things) I thought maybe afrter not speaking for a few days he'd msg me or call cuz he'd miss me, its been a week since we last txtd, I havent heard from him at all.......its like all those hours and hours we spent talking all the things we spoke about it was all for nothing he doesnt feel the way he said he did, he doesnt miss me, his soon to be ex had him and didnt want him and here I am I care about him, really liked him and its done..........he s done he doesnt care.........it fucking hurts so much. I feel like guys dont want me til its too late............if ever. I m just still feeling really upset over this guy and it makes me feel everything with my ex all over again, that rejection, the realization that everything they said was bull shit, that I ddint mean anything to them, it kills me inside. I dont get why I care about people who dont care about me who dont even want me in their lives as a friend. I m just so sad, at such a low point in my life, I'm 31 and I m ready to have something again, something good something real and something that lasts with someone who appreciates me. Why is it so hard??? What is so wrong with me that I cant find anybody???
