Man...The stores don't sell alcohol after 12:00 am in Virginia and I wanted some hard cider! This song makes me want it even more!

Blue laws drive me batty! I lived in VA for a while and remember times when a party was running late someone had to get to the liquor store before 12:00. Here's it's very strange. Food stores cannot sell liquor (other than beer) and liquor stores can't sell food - not even pretzels. Big Box stores that are "super stores" can sell liquor and beer and wine, including food, tires appliances, etc.

We now can buy liquor on Sunday, but not a car!
