Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Don't lose heart, what you're going through is normal.
I think it can be helpful in the long run if you are the one to break the relationship. At first you may feel guilty, but he is actually the one doing the distancing, you're only taking control of something he does not want to have a responsibility over in spite of his heart's desires.
I cannot tell you what to do, of course, I can only advise that you give yourself some credit, you're doing a great job accepting that it is over and that you must end it, for both parties' sake.
I don't think you need to blame his religion for this, he simply isn't the right guy for you any longer. He was at some point, but he isn't now, and similarly you're not the right girl for him. This is painful to accept (I'm going through the exact thing right now), but it is far better and less painful than letting it run another 8 years and reaching the same conclusion. Don't let the 8 years turn into 9, it wouldn't be fair to either of you.
I would not take antiD myself they just
numb you up unless you can not function
Well or are suicidal. IMO

Of us have had. Think of it in more in the terms
of a Breakup not really about religion.
That was his way Out and/or how he is coping.
My ex went to AA and me Alanon, that helped
us individually just not the marriage. He wanted

Be strong girl. Don't take any pills, try talking to someone that you trust until you can see a therapist. I've seen a therapist she's help open my eyes to the big picture. I am planning to see her this coming week. They do help. Just take it one day at a time.
