I've been a real slug the past couple of months. I've built up all sorts of mental clutter that set me back on my journey. I also negleted a lot of mundane stuff, just doing the bare minimum to survive.
I was truly in 'do just enough to get by' mode. I think it's time to get back on top of all the day-to-day mundane stuff this weekend. Kind of a symbolic act. Something to make me feel good. Some minor accomplishments to raise the spirits another notch. Help me to start tossing away all the mental clutter that brought me down.
I think neglecting the mundane stuff just compounded all the emotional negativity that had been building. Time to start turning that around!
