It's Final Today...

And I want to thank everybody on DS that helped get thru these last crazy months from when I filed for the divorce until now. Like everybody else, I never thought I'd find myself going thru a divorce but now that it's done, I can start moving on to a new chapter in life with a clean slate.

I'll likely be leaving this site soon but again, thanks for the words of caring and advice when I needed it most. Without this site, I probably would not be here right now and I owe a lot of gratitude to you folks!

Good luck, I hope one day I'll be able to move on too. I don't even know if I'm divorced or not. haven't heard a word from my ex or his attorney. I think our 90 days are up, I just don't care, it is too much effort to even check. Again, glad you're doing ok, pop in now and then and tell us that things will get better, a lot of us hang on to those of you who have moved on, it gives us hope and direction......

This board is a life saver and I can tell you that from actual experience here. When it was fresh, before I filed, I was having suicidal feelings and the people here encircled me, showed me there was a light ahead and helped me pull out of the downward spiral.

I guess what I went thru can make me a source of wisdom here but the key is to write out what's bugging you and let the others help you with their words of advice. They saved me and I've tried to help others in need when the opportunity has arisen. I'll try to come back from time to time and hopefully I'll be able to help someone else
