Nachos with cheese sauce made with sharp cheddar and Ro*Tel....and a Seagrams strawberry daiquiri wine cooler....what can I say, I'm a stay-at-home single mom! ; ) But better than any holiday I've had with the STBX!

I think I'm going to drink with my Dad while he watches the SciFi channel. We will stare awkwardly at the cat during the Enzyte and OnlineBootyCall.com commercials.

I asked a girlfriend to go to a movie with me, but alas she is busy with some wedding type invitation thingy. Where are her priorities?

I wanted to go out partying. But I'm sick. I mean, us mexicans looove to celebrate cinco de mayo. Hahahahha. Honstely it's so funny how cinco de mayo is such a big thing here in the states, and in Mexico it's only a minor holiday.
As a cultural fact: It is the day the Mexican army defeated the French army in Puebla. The next day the French came back and kicked their ass. The only reason they were able to defeat them that day was because the French were drunk. So, it's kind of an embarassing celebration.
