Although my marriage hasn't ended according to mans law but in the eyes of God, as I understand my Bible, it has.
I have been away from the mother of my children for nearly 16 years, and under no circumstances would I ever go back to her.

Welcome and I am so sorry for your loss, I can not imagine, nor would I want to imagine your pain.
Ask anything you like, take from here what you need and leave the rest behind.
So, under your circumstances, I think it's done biblically and only a matter of legal paperwork in our world.
Sorry. I know it was years ago, but that's a horrible tragedy to endure.
