Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Of course this depends a lot on your feelings for her at the time of the break up. You seem to be sensitive and value love, so you might need to prepare for a long struggle ahead. Be patient and understanding with yourself. Just try to avoid triggers. Praying for serenity and healing!
What I can also tell you is that through my past experiences, it’s probably best to let time heal this break up. Though it may be tempting to try and reach out to her, and sometimes hard to get her out of your mind, it’s best that you try and find other things to occupy your time.
For me personally, the way I got through my most difficult breakup is by prayer. If you believe in the power of prayer, you might find this to be a powerful way to get you through this. Also, this might be a good opportunity to take up a hobby, or reach out to some friends who might be able to focus your mind on moving forward.
I truly believe that true love, if it’s meant to be, is worth waiting for. Hang in there! I’ll be praying for you!
