MY ex is moving out right now and I need support. I'm not doing well and trying to hold it together. This is a long time coming and it's finally happening. He broke broke up with me as few months ago and he's finally leaving. I just need some encouraging words that I'll be ok cause right now I don't think I will be.

You WILL be ok. You are a beautiful strong human that deserves all that is good in this world. You will not only get through this, but you will learn and be better for it. You will be able to use your experience to help yourself and others in the future. Breath and take it day by day, second by second.. you got this.

Please tell yourself "I will be okay" instead of saying to yourself "I won't be okay". You write the outcome of this relationship that is ended. You so deserve to decide you have value and worth as a human and you are ready to change yourself. We can see things as one door opening to our better future or we can remain upset, depressed, bitter, angry that we've been rejected. You see this as him rejecting you but what if you are also rejecting yourself by hanging on to him and hanging on to the negative self talk? Please don't reject yourself and your worth and value and self love any longer. We are rooting for you, beloved.

You will be EXCELLENT!

It may take some time, but I bet before the years end, you will find out his leaving was one of the best things to happen to you.

I know this is difficult, but remember - you have untold friends here who are supporting you and cheering you on. We are help with hugs of support and words of helpful suggestions.

My only word of warning - don't replace him any time soon. Instead of falling in love with some other guy, fall in love with yourself.

Thank you Hotczech! I’m happy to have the support! I hope one day I can look back at this end think it was the best decision. I really do think me and him breaking up that’s good for both of us but it definitely is hard to deal with the emotions of it. I definitely won’t fall for anyone else for a while LOL. I want to be able to get my life together first so that way I’m strong enough to get through anything. And not make poor decisions based on my emotions.
