i recently got broken up with by my boyfriend and he says its because he fell out of love. However recently we tried to stay as friends. i always had a hard time not trusting him or anyone in the first place. so i started snooping and checkin up on his facebook because i had constant anxiety that he would cheat on me. i told him throughout the relationship i trusted him and i know one day he's going to find out no and it's killing me because i feel so guilty and want to tell him but if i do i don't think he will ever trust me again or want to even be friends with me. I dont want to lose him because hes a good friend but at the same time the guilt is killing me and unless i come clean i dont think i will ever be able to change, which is what im tryig to do. idk what to do. Should i be honest now nd risk the friendship earlier or wait for him to find out?
But do you really want to hang on to his friendship - how about when he's dating other woman, won't that bother you? I think it might be healthier for a clean break, wish him well, and be done.
