I am so tired it isn't funny. I had court yesterday and didn't get out of there until 12:00 pm. I then got a few hours of sleep before I worked 6 pm to 6 am. I can't go to sleep yet because I have court again today from 9:30 on. I have been up for so long without sleep it isn't funny. Why do they schedule court for us like that? They don't care how it effects us who are working night shift. It is all based on when the lawyers want to show up for court...don't worry about the guys working nights, they can fend for themselves! Bastards!!

Sorry...Just venting. It am just really tired.

Maybe go for a power nap Heave? A lil sleep has to better than none. Sleep deprivation can be dangerous especially if driving.

Nah...we night shift guys drive around all of the time when we are sleep deprived. Powernaps kill me! Seriously...They really make it worse for me when I wake up. I went swimming this morning to avoid being home for a long period of time.

When I am done with court I am going to pull a Rip Van Winkle...but I do have to wake up at a descent time tomorrow for my date :)

Oh well....Time to get ready for court. I get to play "Lets Make A Deal Today." It seems that most cases end in plea bargans. Oh well, what ever saves time and gets me into bed quicker.

Okay...No offence to lawyers because there are some damn good and ethical ones out there. That disclaimer being said, it is actually the court's fault for catering to them. DAMN THEM! Es Una Grand Puta Madre!

Im sorry heave, i can sympathize about working nights, my stbex called m on morning i was trying to sleep. He knw because he had our daughter and that the only time, he takes her. I get off at 7am, I get home 8am, sleep 9, he called at 1130.Bastards is right.

I think they need to realize that you work a night shift and they shouldn't schedule that courts so close together its not right.

I feel bad for you... the one thing my lawyer said was be sure and be sharp. What the court wants is for you to take off from work to do this...not so easy.
