So sorry for your situation - it is sad indeed to lose a relationship. It's very recent for you - give yourself time. You'll make progress slowly.
Best wishes.
My therapist would tell you that you collapsing on the floor and bawling your eyes out is a great thing. You needed to let it out.
This is not something you get over in a short amount of time, for me it was three months before I stopped having this total emotional breakdowns.
I would suggest you get yourself a therapist, who will help you to get through this
It was horrible. I ended up falling asleep crying. Sometimes it is just overwhelming and you need to get it out.
If you are starting to feel really depressed and think you need to see a doctor, I definitely recommend it. I sought therapy and got on medication to help. Actually didnt help like I thought it should for awhile, but now I am feeling better. It could be the time lapse as well, but to be deeply in love with someone and to lose them, to me, is the worst feeling I have ever felt. I even lost both my parents and although I miss them terribly, the ache in the chest, the upset stomach, the constant reminder of him was much worse. He chose to leave, my parents did not. That is the part that I have a hard time with.
I wish you the best. I know what you are feeling right now unfortunately.
I agree its good to let your grief out. Its still raw for you. Hope you ate it, as it reads like mighty tasty food you were cooking.yummy.maybe no harm changing the menu. There will be other triggers.
