I came on this site nearly a year ago when i was going through an awful seperation from my husband of 21 years. I was deverstated and you guys helped me through my darkest times.
Then in january i joined a dating site and after a couple of false starts met a wonderful man who was going through a divorce himself.
We just clicked and from the first day text messaged each other constantly,then he came to take me out a week later and by that time we had talked for hours on the phone and was amazed at how much we were alike and had been through very simular experiences.
From that first date it was as if we were sent to be with each other and whithin a short space of time we were talking love and hated being apart.
For three months i was sooooo happy,we did move prety fast and talked of him moving in and even how much we wanted a baby together.
Then to cut a long story short about 3 weeks ago the texts stopped being so loving and even though he would call me and text all day it wasnt the same.
I asked him loads if we were ok and did he still want to be with me,he said yes of course and still called me darling and babe when we spoke or he came down and we went out,he was still affectionate holding my hand and kissng me etc.
Then at the weekend he went on a course with work and i didnt hear from him for 2 days.Then when i eventually did he said his phone was stolen and as soon as he got home he called me from his other phone.
I called him the next day and he straight away i knew something was up so i asked him,to my total shock he said he wasnt sure what he wanted but felt he needed time to get his head sorted as his ex had been texting him and messing with his head.He said he still has strong feelings for me and after a very emotional conversation said he would still like to call or text me and could we keep in touch.when i said so you want me to be there just incase you change your mind he said that he never actually said he didnt want to be with me anymore.
Ive been totally heartbroken again and cant believe after all we talked about and how hurt we have both been in our last relationships he can do this to me.he text me a couple of times last night saying how sorry he was etc,then again today to say he wasnt getting back with his ex,how special i am and he would like us to stay in touch.
wat do i do? i do love him so much but cant keep beng hurt.sorry for the long post but i reallyneed some help.

It will take time. I think the hardest part is the routine you found yourself in. When you break the routine, it's hard to find a new one.
It's going to be great, the next one will be even more AMAZING.... PLUS he won't have issues.

I'm sorry you are in so much pain. It is so hard to lose someone we care about that was part of our life like that, saying and doing all the right things.. big hugs.
I would agree with no contact. I think he indecision could hurt you more. He wants to keep you on the side while he makes up his mind. You deserve better than to be someone back up plan. I know you love him, but you gotta let him go.
