He just emailed me a brief, typically him, selfish email. He asked a question that was none of his business. And Go Me, I read it and tossed it into my email trash. I for a second considered responding and then said No!
I need back up.
It stirred up a lot of crap again. Thankfully one of my best gal pals just calls and said NO. He is an ass and everyone is beginning to see it.
I need support.

Here is what is twisted about me. He and I are both on aol, so he can see if I read it and when. I want him to see that I deleted it.
If he is persistent he might try to email you from different accounts for a while...but just keep blocking.
You wouldn't believe this list of blocked numbers and emails I have.

I would drop dead if my stbx made ANY contact with me so it makes my NC a lot easier then some of yours.
If you feel like you are spinning on what you would have said if you would have responded (which I'm really bad for doing), then write it down somewhere. A journal, a blank piece of paper, maybe even an email, but DON'T send it. Just get it all out and then delete, rip or burn. That has really helped me on more than one occasion. Somehow it's easier to stay strong if I've gotten it off my chest, even if no one ever sees it.

he's trying to push your buttons and pull at your strings. do NOT give him that privilege. of course he stirred up crap. that's what he wants. he wants to pull you back into his web - don't let him do it. they don't fight fair, they use every tactic in the book to keep manipulating us.
come here, tell us what you need to say, or use your journal, you can make entries no one but you can see, i've done that a few times and it helps.
