Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

You should pursue NC (no contact) so after deleting him off everything etc don't associate yourself with him anyone that would be able to tell you how he is doing etc.
You want to start by letting yourself grieve. Don't pretend that everything is okay, you've been hurt by someone and it is okay to feel this pain. So cry, mourn, be angry don't bottle it up, the first step is to grieve the end of the relationship.
Slowly slowly as you get better start keeping yourself busy, pursue hobbies, work, hang out with friends to keep your mind of it.
I personally have started to try and exercise and meditate it really helps.
Hang in there, you're going to be absolutely fine, we're all here for you and always remind yourself of why you broke it off so you don't fall back into taking him back.
He hurt and cheated on you and that isn't fair or acceptable on you at all.
