Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
It's easy to let exhaustion overcome you. But you are stronger than it. Lots of people feel like you do. it's not lazy or a cop out, but it isn't WHO YOU ARE. You're a responsible person with TWO jobs (Yep, I've got two as well, so I totally get it).
Go to work. Take joy in what you do well. Breathe, I mean REALLY breathe. Think about breathing. Life is good even when it sucks. it WILL get better. Don't waste your energy worrying about being motivated or lazy....just do the best you can. Some days are baby steps just to get out of bed.
hang in there.
Then I got out on the freeway and there was an overturned 18-wheeler, I got to sit in traffic for 40 minutes, I really wanted to go back home and sleep until traffic cleared....

I want to just crawl under a rock.
And then the kids...both of them...are acting up. I got to hear how my son kicked his sister at the bus stop this morning. And from hearing the story, she totally taunted him. Of course she does it in a way that other people don't know.
Sigh.
Where's that rock?
Oh yeah, and clinical tomorrow morning. Oh JOY. I passed my dosage test, but messed up other things today. So I have to go back to school on Wed, but the kids have off. So that means I need to find someone to watch them. Just awesome.
And I'm trying to fit in work. Help.
Sorry.....hugs to you Rman!
