It hasn't been a month since our break up. Today I saw my ex boyfriend with his new girl friend holding hands and kissing on the streets. I know she is the reason why we broke up, altough he didn't admit it and blamed it all on me. I wanted to go to them to see her. I just wanted to see her, I don't know why. When they saw me they ran away. They literally RAN away from me. I felt so humiliated..This is so painful. I was starting to feel better but this has hit me hard.
I didn't get a chance to see her and now I wonder what she is like. How he could do this to me after all the time we spent thogheter? I have relapsed again in this pain and I don't know if i'll manage to get put of it again...

I am so sorry that that happened to you. He seems immature to be have that way. It just takes time. I thought I wouuld be like your hasband and find a new woman fast. That hanst happened. To think of dating again so soon really doesnt appeal to me. So go at your own pace ask us questions and please smile.

Seeing our ex's with others is a very difficult part of moving on. I remember it with my first wife.

I have only HEARD of my stbx being out with a date, but have never seen it. We run in totally different cirles so the odds of us seeing each other are pretty slim. I have no idea if she's dating anyone as she's not speaking to me, but she does know of mine and my gf's relationship and future plans.
With as much as i love my gf, i can't honestly say how i'll feel or react if and when i see my stbx with someone else.

One of the things you don't want to do is blame her. Your relationship was with him and unless she was your best bud she didn't owe you anything. Could it be enough just knowing she exists? The more you try to find out the more you will hurt yourself. From that point on you have to be realistic about the pain he causes you and the pain you cause you.

He doesn't sound very mature if he could stand and face you. There will be other men in your life and you will come across some good and some bad.

Thanks everybody for your support.It really helps..So I guess now I have to take this hard step(the hardest in this whole break up thing).I am not baming her..I know it's not her fault...I so feel a little shitty because she seemed pretty and well dressed. I was wearing a big black jacket and my hair wasn't even combed. She must have thought I was some lunatic coming to chase them both :))Thinking about it now..it does seem kinda funny...funny and sad..

yeh, kinda funny and sad. I remember thinking many times what I would do if I saw the two of them on the street. Many different scenarios came to mind each time as the time went on. The break is still fresh to you so it is gonna sting a little, well maybe a lot. I am sure there are going to be many other times you are gonna feel that sting. But each time the sting will be less until it fades for good and all you are concerned about in your life is You.
