I feel so small

I am being ghosted by my 2 year BF who I was going to move across the country for. I have a history of being treated like I don't matter and he really made me feel important, I trusted him. I just do not understand what happened. People tell me I am strong and valuable and will find the right person...but I feel so worthless and small. My usual coping methods aren't working and I just cry all the time. How do I move on without closure or understanding what happened?

I have been through this before. The only way i felt better was when i accepted that there will be someone far better out there for me. Someone who cares and is respectful. I know it feels horrible but try to look forward. Get closure by saying what u need to say even if u are ignored. I never did and pretended like i did not care but i think that made me take longer to heal. 1 day at a time, you will be ok Xx

It’s so hard to realize the one person you trusted and cared for so deeply took you for granted and made you feel like you’re not important
That’s the worse feeling for me to have the love of your life constantly criticizing and pointing out all your flaws instead of being the person who lifts your spirit and puts you on a pedestal
When did relationships become a competition and a constant struggle ???? Love is supposed to be fun and easy and make you feel like you’re the only two people in the world like you can be yourself around them not hide who you are and feel constantly embarrassed ....
everything passes finding things to keep your mind busy has helped me a lot doing things that I enjoy and make me happy it’s keeoing me going
