I have no power at all. She makes all decisions about scheduling. it doesn't matter if there is a negative effect on the kids. If I don't agree, all she says is "too bad, they have to get used to it." If I do something she doesn't like, she gets nasty and threatens to call the police. As you know that's what happened friday night.
She changed the locks and tells me that its her house and I am on her property. We haven't even filed yet, the lawyer is writing up the paperwork for filing.
I feel like the guy in Animal house, just bend over and take it.

You also want to work it out about the kids with your ex because if you dont, the courts will. You dont want the courts deciding on when/ what happens with the kids.
Sorry to hear this. Divorce can be so nasty. I hear horror stories. Luckily mine 4 years ago was pretty easy. We split everything, 50/50 for the kids and it wasnt so bad until his greedy lawyer kept stepping in to cause issues. Only issue it ended up causing was my ex had a lot bigger attorney bill than mine. lol.
