Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
It's so hard to say whether or not you should continue.
Has he explained why he wanted to break up?
You are apologizing over and over to him, but for what? What do you think you did wrong?
- You need to calm down
- Stop thinking negative thoughts bc thoughts are real and create our world.
And stop telling him you want to atleast be his friend when you know you want more out of fear of losing him. Either you want a relationship or you don't. Its not the end all if you set a firm boundary. And think before you text in the future, we all make the mistake of talking to soon without thinking and say something we regret or don't mean, then try to recoup the hurt words and it only irratates the relationship and situation.
- Until you hear from him, focus on yourself, get busy with hobbies, when you let it go, its comes back faster.
Been afraid of
That I'm not really sure and he said that
We don't really have chemistry I mean I think we do but he said we don't. But when we broke up he said that I can still talk to him everyday and he said like he really wants to be my friend and cares so much about me. So I'm just confused. And I feel like I have to be the first to text
Hm not
Cuz I feel like he won't
Since I said I'll let u know
When I'm ready
Second concern is this: really why doesn't he want you coming over. All the rules about when and how. Does he have another girl at his place already, and he doesn't want you knowing that? Sounds like there's more to this story.
If it's such a small amount of stuff of yours over there that it can be mailed, have him box it up, pick a date to pick it up, and be done with it. I fear you'll be wasting more and more of your time hanging on to a guy who will never be there for you in the way you want him to be. You already have proof of this, believe it now. Believe that you're not the one for him, so he can't be the one for you. Plus, as long as you stay connected to this guy, you're missing out on possible relationship opportunities with other guys who actually want a real girlfriend!
