I'd rather drink terpentine and piss on a brush fire than to go back to my ex! I heard from the first time in almost a year and it was just financial crap. I am still on the mortgage for the house that she lives in and she is dragging her feet on getting me off of the loan. She can't just suck it up and refinance the house, she wants to save money. She got the frigging thing and she needs to get my name off of the loan. True she is paying it, but it skews my debt to income ratio and if I ever go to buy a place I don't want her crap showing up.

I feel ya! My STBX is doing the same thing. Our names are on everything together and he is draggin his feet to get things taken care of. As for our house, we rent it out. Hopefully in April our renters will buy it and that will be done. I wish you the best and good luck!

I am on the deed to her loft in denver. I want to be off it but she wont take any responsibility to do so.

Getting her to do something is like trying to get a Jackass to move. Eventually if you beat it into the ground it will move! The thing is that I don't want to have much contact with her so I just leave it alone. Hopefully she will get me off of the loan by March. If not I may have to get some legal advise.
