Found myself being more depressed since yesterday. Im missing my ex so much. I can't forget this break up. I can't move on. I began self harm 2 years back. But these days im doing it very often or maybe too often. Thursday i had to take six stitches on my arms. I feel soo anxious and irritated. I'm not being able to get rid of the blade... :(
