Totally new to this site, reading all of your posts have helped me more than I can say.
I am sorry that you are having a rough day hon.. hope tomorrow is a better day

Bad days make good days so much better. Hang in there and wait for to good days. Make sure you get enough sleep, I had to resort to sleeping pills and I am now decreasing the dosage, phasing out. I don't regret a single day, it made my existence way better and the days look brighter.
