That must have hurt. I have children so I kept the name to make life easier. But even now, when contemplating assuming someone else's name, it's hard to let go of. It's a part of your identity. I didn't plan to keep it. Get this: when I told him I wanted it put in the papers to change my name the lawyer told hi it didnt have to be put in the papers anymore. Well, I insisted. Good thing. The lady at DMV had me show her in the papers where it said about me changing my name.

It hurts. When I had to go get certified copies of the papers from the courthouse, I had to go twice because the first time when she asked me what name, I burst in to tears and had to leave.

Hurting really bad tonight. Gonna have to take a pill to put me to sleep. The only time I dont hurt is when I'm asleep
