Long story short, I've been separated from my soon to be ex for about seven months now. I've been up and down in my emotions and my struggles but it's still really hard. Neither of us have the money to file for a divorce properly so we're still stuck legally married.
That also means I've been celibate for that long of a time. Last week I went for my well woman's exam and my std screening came back positive for chlamydia. I have never slept with anyone except for my ex. Ever... he was my first.
So I called him to tell him what they told me and he swore up and down it wasn't from him. He told me I had to have gotten it from a toilet seat or have contracted it from someone else. Wtf, are you serious? I haven't been with anyone else! EVER!
In 2012 we got pregnant and I'm pretty sure if I've had it for a while they would have seen something in the pelvic exams and blood tests. Now I'm pretty sure the master manipulator and liar had had me convinced that he had been faithful to me.... only to have lied to my face.
It's not fair at all.

So you can ask him a lot the next time you speak to him and ask him was he doing guys and girls at the same time or on different days.

My last pelvic exam did not send back all the results to my doctor, but I have another appt in a few weeks. I am hoping everything comes back okay because he finally confessed that he cheated during our marriage.
I don't know if him cheating would piss me off more of him thinking I am so stupid I would think you can "catch" chlamydia from a toilet seat.
He knows he was caught and he doesn't want to admit it. So.... I get stuck with the repercussions. The joke however is on him because he refuses to get tested saying that I'm obviously dirty or a slut and that's how this happened. He swears up and down that he didn't pass it along to me. I don't even care anymore that he cheated, TTMI is right, I'm more angry that he thinks I'm that ignorant!
Felife...that is an option I didn't know existed! Thank you so much I'm definitely going to look into that. It would help enormously!
