In a post MsBlank1 mentioned that it took four years for her divorce to be final. Mine took 30 months, which I thought had to be a worlds record. Now I know it isn't. Mine took so long because her attorney wanted to wait until the marital house was sold, and because they thought I was hiding cash somewhere (which I was, but they never did find it)
So, who wants to share their horror story about how long it took to be finalized? You might help someone by pointing out that their's isn't as bad as it could be. MsBlank1 helped me realize that.

I watched ppl come and go with their divorce and there I was STUCK in pergatory for what seemed like an eternity. My ex was allowed to play all kinds of games, stahlled. changed lawyers (tryed to find lawyers who would tell him I get nothing after 24 years of marriage in a 50/50 state, sued me twice and was looking for a 3rd bogus lawsuit but I outsmarted him, he asked me to show him the offshore accounts and hidden oil wells (I'm not shittin you.....it was stated on one of the discovery papers....lol....I didn't have a pot to pee in or a window to throw it out at the time). He also turned our 3 kids against me, but the youngest one returned to me a few years ago.....he pulled some lulu's on her too *rolls eyes.
I'm just happy to be free at last. I've been outta prison now for 2 years and lovin life!!!!!
