Within the past year my ex husband has turned gay and has a partner/boyfriend living with him. My son is caught in the middle with my ex wanting sole custody. He wants to raise my son in this kind of environment and think that it is ok to expose himself and teach my son this way of life. But, also wants possession of everything. He will not stop harassing me and I can't do anything about it because of no money. How do I take care of this without money for anything?
If he is your exhusband, then its his life and there is nothing you can do about it.
If he is your exhusband, why was custody not decided upon in the divorce? Usually that goes hand in hand.
If he or anyone is harrasing you, file a restraining order. Since he is your ex, there is little else you can do.
