Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
But any any rate, I'd stop thinking, as best I could, about what he's up to now and who he's with. It won't help you to heal if you dwell on him. I know it's hard, believe me, but whenever thoughts turn to him, or her, redirect yourself to something about you - something positive. Have to retrain your brain.

We live in a small rural town. I will always know what he is up to and who he is with, but that isn't the point. I've always thought we were very well suited to each other and we were. I'm realizing though that she is better suited for the type of life he wants now. Recognizing that helps me a great deal.
