You guys do need to talk.
Hugs, thoughts and prayers are with you!!
We will be right there with you!
In your post, you said that you texted him, I'm assuming to ask to talk. He "agreed" to speak with you.
But you titled this thread "HE wants to talk!"
I may be wrong, but it sounds like you initiated this because YOU want to talk. he only agreed to talk to you - that's is different than him "wanting" to talk to you.
Just don't get your hopes up sweety.
we will all be there with you.. but above all else try remaining calm.
yes, i did text him. and ask to speak with him.
all this happened very suddenly... and it has been hard to deal with.
i have not been able to talk to him in person... and get his side of the story, without people in the background influencing him. he cant pretend im not pregnant, and he cant just ignore this all and it will go away. this baby was planned. it was not an accident. when we started having trouble, and he would not talk to me in an adult manner to get to a conclusion, conversations started becoming circular, and he would resort to calling me names, raising his hands at me, in my face, or walking away, after of course, calling me names. then come back and say that he left cause he was late to work, when he told me he didnt have to work that day, and start another argument by saying that i just didnt want him to work or care about his work... it was getting no where, and when i would refuse to participate in the yelling... he would get angry.
one day he walked away from me, i followed him, trying to say HEY, enough is enough, lets sit down, and talk, no yelling, we are having a baby we need to talk. he backed into me with his car for a response.
i called his naval command, i didnt know what else to do. i was stuck. i was pregnant, sick, couldnt work, and he was telling me he would not help me anymore.
HIS command told me to file a police report, and that they would talk to him, i had thought they would be helpful, maybe put us in counseling, but also have it on record if he DID go off the deep end and really hurt me, the car was dangerous enough, and i was weak from being so sick. HE sees my calling his command for help, as a horrible wrong against him. and told his command that i tried to trap him in the relationship. and he had been trying to end it for a long time. though this is our second baby, the first one i miscarried....
they were very helpful in this event while he was out to sea.
he wanted another one as much as i did.
all this happened over the course of two weeks really.
sure we argued, who doesnt? but this turned into fighting, and there was nothing i could do, i had to call someone. i had to make it stop,
i was so sick, i couldnt emotionally, or physically handle it.
i get mixed signals from him, and mixed stories from every one else. i want to know what his side is, so i can CHOOSE whether or not i want to accept it, but at least i will have something to choose.
talking to him will give me the ability to make a CHOICE, which is something that i did not get to do in all this. i was not heard, i was just shut out, and thrown to the streets, i have been sleeping on couches since. im tired of being ignored, and we do need to talk about the baby, as far as how much involvment he wants, and his family. i have to write a will, in case anything happens to me, and i dont want it to be a fight. i have offered him, that when i am done with college he can sign over his rights and not have to pay child support, cause by then i will be able to stand on my own quite well.
that way i dont have to deal with him for the next 18 years.
