Well, he got served today! Had to call me to tell me he is picking the kids up tomorrow at 5.
Then had to mention he got the papers. I asked when and he said this morning.
So, his excuse to call was to tell me when he was picking kids up, and had to mention THE PAPERS.
Then he tells me, "I'll see you in court!"
I said, Ok!
That was the end of it, but I am wondering, why does he feel he has to say that about seeing me in court? What does he think he is going to accomplish? I think he says it because he thinks it will scare me.
Well, guess what? IM NOT SCARED!!!!
Can anyone else think of a reason he would say that?

He SAYS he will fight me in court, but, I bet, when it comes down to it, he will back down.
WHY? So he can look like the better person, like a nice guy!
The real reason? He doesnt have a leg to stand on and he is the one scared!!!!
