That information to pass along to your lawyer.
Thats scary he is not divorced and is signing a
New loan with his new GF. Says a lot about
Their new relationship. Protect yourself thats
All you can do it hurts so does everything else
He has done.
He is a checked out spouse, expect The worst
From him because thats all you will get.
One time my ex left his new email signed on
The home computer And i could see he applied
for a new mtg to Try to buy me out. I called My
lawyer right away, i think i got caught though he
had gmail was time protected.
My lawyer was excited To get any financial
information he might try to Show and she would
use it against him if he was Hiding assets.
You are at the financial stage and it can get
ugly And unpleasant and he is being a wimp
and A coward.
I am sorry for your pain and hurt, there is no
Easy way except thru it.
Hugs
I can't imagine taking out a huge loan with someone you are not married to. Both of them will be responsible to make payments whether they are together or not. I wonder who's idea this was?
Because they know everything changes
Financially and not for the better most
Of the time.
I do not believe he legally can do that If you
are actively in the divorce cycle. All assets,
debts everything are one big marital pot, Not
to be messed With. Its like a lock down. How
Can he incur more debt? Maybe i am totally
Wrong and he can do non marital debt. Does
Not seem possible until you two are clear.
Hugs
She's using him.
What a foolish, foolish man.
He's tying his own roap.
Yes his foolish behavior is effecting you, but it's HIS problem, it really is.
What is he thinking? Just crazy what some do for an ego boost. He's with a user. What a dumb a$$.
I know it hurts to read but maybe in time you can see what a blessing it is to get away from him.
I wouldn't want some user to tell me what I want to hear so he could use and dump me, and I don't care WHO he was or what he looked like.
Oh please.
Find someone who deserves a good woman.
Did your attorney say he could do this legally? It seems to me that he's putting you at risk when he defaults on the loan since he's taking it out while you're still married. You need to know the legalities of that and if nothing else, call the bank and tell them you're in the middle of a divorce and you want them to know you will under no circumstances will you be responsible for payments. And follow up with a notarized letter that they have to sign for when delivered. Copy your attorney.
I would also ask my attorney about putting a notice in the paper that as of a date way before he put in for the loan that you are no longer responsible for any of his debts. Many states allow that. If you can, get a new copy of both of your credit report so you can see if he's done anything else that has or will affect your credit.
Maybe he didn't inform bank he's going through a divorce.
Mytruecolors is right.
Oh wow, what a slime ball.
Glad you have your lawyer furbaby. Just breathe and let her handle it.
If he was hiding assets. Bank told my ex to reapply
After the divorce for a re mortgage.
Fur baby get real proactive with this guy i dont
Know where you are at. Thats all it is at this point,
Financial.
Its very sad, thats why many of us need lawyers
They are the legal and financial Brains During this
stressful time.
We are coming from a total different place not
looking out for ourselves. Worrying about them
And being all Mixed up. I certainly was and still am
in some Ways. It takes time to get there.
Hugs
As Lamar said, it is true that once you turn that corner and are firm in your resolve, things get different, slightly better in that you're taking positive action to help yourself and you can feel you're moving forward.
