I realized that I have spent so much time recently only dwelling on the negative aspects of my life and need to realize that there are still good points - so what that is good has happened to all of you today(or past few days?)

Mine is today we had a team captain's meeting for Relay for Life and I am really excited for May and the actual Relay event since it is our first one!

My entire day was great... I got up on time, took the kid to school, came home ended up over an hour late for work because of DS. Got to work stayed for a few hours, then suprised the kid and took off the rest of the day when school was out. We went shopping for some clothes for her, went to the grocery store, came home cleaned house did laundry, made dinner. She got a bath and went to bed... she hearts me.. that was my day.. Wasn't anything but super!

Today I reached out for help to the amazing people here at DS..I was scared, shaky and feeling beaten down...now i am smiling through my tears...That is very good stuff indeed:)

That's what I try to do too. Find the good stuff in my life. It helps me when I'm in one of my blue periods.

I LOVE days like that Kelly... when you look back and you realize how much you accomplished, and of course, time with the kids.

Aggie... great on the Relay. Accomplishment plus.

What has happened to me... my girls had good days. Happy days. Played. Uneventful. And they hugged me and told me they loved me.
Nothing could be better.

I got out of bed, stood up. any day that I am upright and breating is a good day....I have some health issues, and 4 years ago I spend 8 days in a cardiac unit. I was told that people with my problems don't live to be old men....therefore any day that I am on the right side of the sod is GREAT.....all the other niceities are just icing on the cake....I went to work, had a successful day, shopped for some kitchen utensils, came home and made a kick ass meatloaf.....Talked to a friend on the phone, send am IM to a hurting friend(Hoping to make her feel better about herself) and am here now ...now that is a Great day.....

my day was pretty good

started it out by me and rach going out for breakfast after we took the kids to school..rach and i have so little grown up time.

had a good afternoon and work..then came home and had afun phone call with pemdcat..hes plannin on hitting st louis again..i think hes caught the meetup fever.
