Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
I find myself getting down on myself because I let my thoughts and feelings about someone who doesn't care about me anymore affect my everyday life. I try to think clearly on it and try to find the root of the problem so I can hopefully cut it off. What is our main attachment to the person who has or is leaving our lives? For those of us who are in no contact with our ex's they have no clue on what were doing at this moment. For all they know we could happily be living our lives. I assume that my ex has completly moved on and that the thought of me doesn't enter her mind at all. That obviously makes me feel bad and brings me down. The truth is I have no real clue of what she's is doing now or how's shes doing. Our body always seems to assume the worse. Even though I miss all the good times and how it felt when I was with her at the end of the day they "gave up" on us. That should be more than enough reason to just walk away and take what we can from the realtionship. No one wants to be with someone who doesn't put you on the top of thier priority list. We are worth everything they are and more. Its really easy to get down on ourself. To lose our self esteem, to lose focus on whats really important. We now have our freedom to find what truly is meant for us. We now control our own destiny. Each one of us has a heart of gold. I'm not sure if we can say that about our ex's. We have love, care, compassion, and loyalty. We have the perfect recepie to attract the perfect person for us. Let's do our best to not forget the person who we are and use to be.

I had gone to the grocery store. When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute. A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked. I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds. But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026. I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away. It was an ordinary middle age...
